Cancellation Policy

At numberplatehelp.com, we strive to provide the best consultancy services for your HSRP application. If you wish to cancel your booking after the payment has been made, please note the following:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to queries@numberplatehelp.com with your booking details.
  • If you cancel your request after the booking process has started, a specific Service/Consultancy Charge will be deducted from the total amount paid.
  • Once the appointment has been successfully scheduled on the official portal, no cancellations will be entertained.

Refund Process

We process all valid refund requests with transparency. Here is how the refund process works:

Refund Timeline

Approved refund amounts will be credited back to your original payment method within 15-20 Working Days.

Deductions

Refunds are issued after deducting applicable service charges and payment gateway processing fees.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will not be provided in cases where incorrect vehicle information was provided by the user, leading to application rejection.
  • Any delays caused by the government portal or authorized HSRP manufacturers are beyond our control and may not be grounds for a full refund.
  • Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Booking Available for state of Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal and NCT of Delhi.
