1. Service Provider Information

This website is owned and operated by ROYAL PREMIER CLUB, located at FIRST FLOOR, SHOP NO. F-1, C-74, KAMLA NAGAR, AGRA, Uttar Pradesh, 282005.

2. Nature of Service

• We are an Independent Consultancy Firm and are NOT affiliated with the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), any RTO, or the Government of India.
• Our service is limited to providing assistance in filling out forms and booking appointments for HSRP on behalf of the customer.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete vehicle information (Chassis No, Engine No, etc.). Any delay or rejection of the application due to incorrect data will be the sole responsibility of the user.

4. Fees and Payment

The total amount charged includes the official government/manufacturer fee for the HSRP and our professional consultancy/service charge. By making a payment, you agree to pay this additional consultancy fee for our assistance.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be sent to queries@numberplatehelp.com.
• Refunds will be processed after deducting a service charge once the booking process has been initiated.
• Refunds take 15-20 Working Days to reflect in your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

ROYAL PREMIER CLUB shall not be held liable for any delays caused by the government portals, authorized vendors, or courier services. We do not manufacture plates; we only facilitate the booking process.

7. Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
